Allon Announces Davunetide Improves Motor Function And Brain Pathology

A new study in Parkinson model mice shows that intranasal treatment with Allon’s Davunetide protects neurons from α-synuclein induced toxicity and improves motor performance of mice. This microtubule stabilizing compound is thought to confer neuroprotection by restoring axonal transport and may be a promising ALS therapeutic as well.
