Israel’s Brainstorm Signs MoU for ALS Trials

Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics has announced that it will collaborate with the University of Massachusetts Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital for future clinical testing of its stem cell therapy for ALS. The treatment using adult stem cells taken from a given patient’s own body is currently being investigated in ALS patients at Jerusalem’s Hadassah Medical Center. Brainstorm has also signed an agreement with PharmaNet, a global drug development services provider, to help develop its submission to the FDA for approval to use its ALS stem cell therapy in human clinical trials (http://finance.yahoo.com/news/BrainStorm-Enters-Into-bw-2725129493.html?x=0&.v=1).
