Postdoctoral Fellow, Turner Lab

An enthusiastic senior postdoctoral researcher is required to lead the integrated neuroimaging arm of a world-class multimodal programme of research focused on biomarkers in the neurodegenerative disorder amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. The successful candidate will combine their advanced neuroimaging analysis expertise with an ambition to develop an independent career in the vibrant neuroimaging and neurodegeneration community of the Wellcome Centre for Integrative Neuroimaging (WIN), within the Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences (NDCN).

The role includes being responsible for delivering and developing the ALS research group’s projects in structural and functional neuroimaging biomarker development, and supporting multi-centre research projects as part of the Neuroimaging Society in ALS (NiSALS). This will include analysis of existing longitudinal datasets collected locally, and contribution to analysis of multi-centre cohorts of data.
